English riding is elegant.  The beauty of a horse in gait and rider effortlessly sitting on top and in rythym.  The saddle so sleek and light, it feels like it is barely there.  Tack that is forgiving but yet does the job with dignity.  The horse able to move in a way that is beneficial to it's structure and well-being.

Jumping is a bit of a treat for the horse and rider.  To let out bursts of energy jumping over a fence is exciting.  Most horses love this kind of challenge.  They do not like to be bored and jumping is the perfect remedy to keep them thinking and active.

Try riding english and you will see for yourself what a joy it is!

why oh why havent you written that novel yet?  Id definitely buy it.  Actually, I think most of P45 would too.
